I ordered a bottle of wine for my wife's 40th Birthday there was a initial
problem with the delivery address and so I had to collect it the day after from the couriers address, which was no problem when I arrived I was told there are too many parcels and would be sent out again. I waited in again no delivery when I returned again to the couriers they said it was broken/lost and a Saturday delivery would be arranged waited in again no delivery ! I ended up cancelling the order zero customer service !
