I'm not sure if there was somewhere else to post this so if so, feel free to move. I'm writing in response to a dvd boxset that i purchased from Sainsbury's online website. Not only did it take over 10 days for delivery despite being in stock and getting dispatched within a day, i wasn't actually warned it would take this long and speaking to people in the contact centre was like talking to a brick wall - completely uninformative. You also have to wait a ridiculously long time before you can request a refund - something to do with royal mail apparently. Eventually my product came (a couple of days before i could have requested a refund i might add) but i waited so long it was perfectly reasonable to suppose it got lost and they could simply do more to alleviate a customers concern. Won't be purchasing from them again - and i suggest you look elsewhere too if you need something in a hurry.
