“Don't bother”

Half of order supplied differently to displayed on website (not even substitutes). Customer services spent 11 minutes apologising but were unwilling to do anything about it. Now have to wait for a telephone call from the store manager tomorrow - bet that doesn't happen. The driver was very courteous but insisted on bringing delivery into the house despite protests and ended up treading a lot of mud into a new cream carpet.

Looks like I will now be spending time tomorrow sorting out the delivery and then cleaning the carpet. Would have been much quicker and easier to use a store.

Use this "service" at your peril - you have been warned!
