I have shattered my arm and rather than attempt a shop with three kids, two days after my operation and being in cast from right hand to shoulder I decided to use the home delivery option.
It was not delivered at the appropriate time and on calling the call cntre I was asked to send passport ID which I did, they then said they had not recived e-mail.
I sent it AGAIN and they still cant confirm it will be delivered!!!
I'm disgusted
