After lugging one king size duvet, one double duvet and a king size mattress topper to the store at Cardiff Bay I was told they don't clean mattress toppers????, no reason given and when I spoke to a supervisor and explained it was basically a thin duvet that went on top of the mattress and seeing as they cleaned duvets, sleeping bags, bed throws and quilted bed throws and I was quite prepared to ay the same amount as a king size duvet would cost I was still told no!, when I got home I telephoned their head office and again was told they don't clean them even though they lean everything else!!, so I had to find another dry cleaners to clean my mattress topper ( I shall now be using this dry cleaners) I find their attitude and reasoning completely baffling and not customer friendly at all, I will go elsewhere in future!
