VERY RUDE

I shop at bargain booze on barony road quite often. Until today I came across this awful woman! She spoke to me like I was a idiot. As I am 18 years of age I presume she thought she could treat me like rubbish! I asked for her name and she refused a man stood next to her asked why I wanted her name? I said, I was going to report her ad she has very poor customer service. He said well I am the manager... A very scruffy one at that two! I said I would to speak tosomeone who is above him he replied "well that's me dad and he's here now". There comes another scruffy man who looked more like a sewage cleaner. I explained to the man who just walked in what had happened straight away his hands were in my face saying I was wrong his staff member wouldn't ever be rude. Well she had been now. I said I would write a review and he claimed himself as being the owner. All I can say is if I was a owner I sure wouldn't dress like him or employ rude and Unpresentable staff!
