“Asda Mobile phone”

i ordered a samsung galaxy s3 and although i recieved it 2 days after the delivery date i did not mind. However recently, my friend accidentally dropped my phone and it fell and the screen broke. As i have a warranty i was expecting ASDA to give me a replacement. I went and told the staff my situation and asked if i could recieve a replacement however i was turned down as they said they cannot replace a phone that has been physically damaged. i was in shock as i thought they would replace it for me as i have had it for a month now. It was really upsetting and i felt like they were not able to help me in any way
