shocking just disgraceful

Not even worth one star!

Me and partner agreed on using Youngs hire purely because of its location and price, what a mistake!
all ten of the men went for a fitting in may (our wedding is in September) plenty of time, everything seemed to go so well, however when we returned last weeks after only 8 out of the 10 suits had arrived we were upset to find only 2 were right the rest were miles out we had trouser that showed tops of socks, shirts that didnt fasten, waistcoats that did even touch nevermind fasten and jacket sleves that drowned them. When the lady measured them up not of them matched what had been recorded. Bad enough right!
then fours days later the other 2 suits arrived as did all the replacements now one of the suits (thankfully the grooms) fit perfectly but again not a single thing fitted the other groomsmen and one of the shirts from the previous fitting was still wrong! This is now just 3 days off the date we had given as our latest possible date for collection.

we was then told the suit would arrive saturday the 30th of August ( the date we had told them was the latest possible date we could have the suits by)

So we went on the 30th only to be told after we had arrived at the store that the suits were being delivered to our home, we raced home nothing! Nothing to tell us they'd even attempted to deliver them. Phoned to find out where they go if undelivered and if they could track it. They have absolutely no idea where the missing items are, they have no contact number and debenhams customer service have no way of finding a number and because its saturday head office is closed!!!

Long story short as far as youngs is concerned today is my wedding day and they've failed to fulfil my order. Thank god its not!
sorry for ranting but am so mad but thank god today isnt my wedding day.
Please please dont use them for your wedding day, i would hate for someone else to go through this.
