I write on behalf of an elderly gentleman who was made to feel like a fraudster at the Northwich branch of them.
He had purchased a shirt which turned out to have a black mark on it. He returned to the branch only to be told that, as a new shirt, it was impossible to have soiling on it.
In disgust, he left the shirt with them and walked out. I complained to their HO and asked for an email address for their CEO but they refused to even give his name and informed me that i would have to have dealings with "customer services" - don't you just hate that term ?
Stay away at all costs - they don't believe their customers with genuine complaints. They have probably repackaged the shirt and sold it on to some other mug.
