Never been able to manage my account online. When I have called customer services, whoever I have spoken to doesn't understand what I'm asking and just keeps repeating the same thing like a robot. As promised when I signed up I have never received any of the so called perks of having a card. I never had any vouchers for joining, don't get preview sale emails or further discount on sales items within the first week. As a result I have now cancelled my card which is a shame as I really do like Topshop but it isn't worth the grief.

I would absolutely agree. I too can never log on... It just sits there after I enter account number and password and doesn't even acknowledge you've pressed enter. But the do they provide a 10 pence a minute phone number... ARE THEY NOT CHARGING US ENOUGH?!! I've received no discounts... just chance to be entered into a draw for a make-up bag full of make up worth £75....as long as I spend over £75.... Gosh, they do think I'm a Spanner.
