Money grabbers

Just don't do it. I set up a direct debit to make payments as they wouldn't notify me when it us due and I kept getting charged £12 for missing £4 payments (ridiculous) and after I set up the direct debit I was still charged £12 late payment fee because it was set up literally one dat after the pay date so next month I was charged again and the refused to wave at least this one charge as they had charged me every month since I got the account.
