I have been dealing with TAXIBOX since January 2013 and I still believe their service, attention to detail and price is the best compared to the other Australian storage companies. The guy who I deal with has been on the ball with my specific requirements.

“Terrible Service, not reliable”

I don't want to recommend this service to anybody. My experience withTaxibox is worst service ever. The company's spirit is saving cost not the clients' satisfaction, you can be left in the middle of mess without any assistance. I was moving from my apartment near CBD to live abroad for 6 months, I wanted to store my things in a reliable place. Since living alone and don't have any clue about renting storage space and drive a truck etc. I used Man with a van and booked taxibox to drop the box and wait to load the box and take it back, The helpers from Man with a Van are just helping me loading the box. It sounds easy which suppose to take about one hour or two. The next day I need to vacate the apartment and leave Australia. I ended up having all my things (the whole 1 bedroom apartment) on the street waiting for taxibox, and they said they cannot deliver the box because of no space to stop and no time to stop since the guy had to serve the next customer and they don't want to be late to the next customer. Taxibbox decided not to do the service to me on that day. They deny any responsibility, and ask me to rent a truck on my own and bring all things to their local in Dadenong with the exchange of 40 dollar. I found this unacceptable and totally unhappy with Taxibox service.

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to review our service, and outlining to our customers what can happen when things don't go quite right during a move. I'd also like to apologise for letting you down. It's particularly painful for us to read that you had felt that we abandoned you and left you in a tough spot. This is something that we would like to strongly like ratify.

Please people be careful , we put our furniture and other stuff with taxi box in Melbourne while we travel , 1 year later we paid over 2000 to bring the boxes to Brisbane and when we open the boxes ( we had 2 ) to our horror all our furniture is ruined and damaged . All the nails of the bottom of the box where out . And the company can't do anything because we packed our stuff ourself in the boxes , but that's how the company works , they bring the boxes outside your home and people need to pack them . I can send pictures of damaged furniture , pm me and I be happy to show you people that are thinking to use there storage the extend of the damage .
