Takes too long to actually buy the share when wanted. by the time you actually get the share the stock price has already risen and you slightly lose a small amount of money.

the Plus500 product is lite and runs really well. the mobile app is easy to use, loads quickly and works well. the charting functions are limited but good enough till you get back to your desktop.

I can see the potential of this website/company in making myself a nice profit. And even if I don't, it would be a good learning experience and I'm having a lot of fun.

I'm generally very happy with Plus500. The only problem I've ever experienced is with running the application at work. This is entirely due to restrictions on the network, and not primarily the fault of Plus500. You have to allow certain TCP ports to the Internet in order to use the app, and if your network prevents that, then you are forced to use the web app, which isn't quite as good. Apart from that, customer service and the app itself have both been very good.

I like the variety of instruments and leverages available, which should suit most investors' needs. The GUI is uncluttered, and gives all the essential information. Personally, I would like it more if the list of instruments had configurable fields, e.g. expiry dates, leverage etc. As an EOD trader, trading mainly the major indexes, I haven't noticed any significant slippage. However, I had to adapt my trading style due to the lack of volume data relating to the underlining instrument, and of technical indicators that make use of that, and I feel this is quite a drawback for me.

I don't find the front-end user friendly at all (all platforms). It's very easy to commit mistakes at different steps: - The default values when you open a transaction doesn't make sense at all. - Opening an order can be easily mislead to an actual transaction. - The demo account can be confused with the real account. Both have the same theme. - The profile interface... oops, there aren't profiles. Just a list of favorites. That's very poor. - The positive: The backend works very stable. However, I find the limits to allow auto-closing from the current quote too wide. In summary, I'm testing other platforms and strongly considering to migrate. I found unfair to adjust the short/buy difference (the commission) when other platform did a cheaper offer. This commission was very high. Now, it's still high, but plus500 was rather in the position of increase it as oppose to promote trading.

Personally I began using Plus500 software as a tool to help me teach myself (under guidance) how to trade successfully, and to this end the software is superb; helpful, intuitive and easy to use, and with the superb addition of a 'demo mode', I found myself learning quicker than I had ever anticipated. However, once I finally built the confidence to begin to trade using my own money, I was blocked from doing so due to 'lack of experience'. Whilst this could potentially be a useful feature, other software doesn't restrict this much and doesn't prevent me from trading using my own money. I'm not sure if this is standard procedure or regulation, but it's inconvenienced me quite a bit, since, as I said, the software and system itself is incredibly good, and easy-to-use. Despite this setback, I've given Plus500 four stars because of the simplicity and ease of use associated with the design and interface, and the inclusion of the 'demo mode', which has helped me no end.

Only been using this for a few days, after getting the hang of things it's proven easy and fun to use.

Being a beginner plus500 is a very simple and easy to use system that anyone can use. I like the addition that it allows for some chart analysis options such as Bollinger bands, Ema and etc. I would definitely recommend this to a friend it has been an excellent service to learn about the market.

Everything about plus500 is okay with me, they also respond to customers enquire on time, their staff got good communication skills

Love the programe,I did recomanded to my friends and I can only say I love how it combines all the curent markets you get an extra 20 pouds at the begining and it helps you to understand exactly how the programe works while making money if you know what market you are investing in.It is the tipe of program I was looking fore.
