I see that the reviews are very old. Where is the newest reviews?

I withdrew money on the 3rd March 2016, it is now the 18th March 2016 and I am still waiting, they will tell you to contact plus500 customer service, but I can tell you that is pointless, they work off a script and they do not respond in any sensible time, 1 week and I am still waiting for them to tell me what has happened to my money. I have another big withdrawal from the 15th March 2016 but I doubt I will see that money either, they have pretend customer service, better to get in contact with the financial regulation service according to what people who work from other CFD and Forex companies, they are well known for not paying. they took my money within seconds of depositing it but refuse to give what I earned. I am completely approved and verified so there is no reason to not deposit my funds into my bank account.

Simply a broker which can't be trusted so I'd steer clear.

Here is my situation: I deposited £400 into Plus500 to test their system.

Made nearly £2000 in crude oil by following the news.

Provided a copy of my full UK driving licence and my HSBC premier bank statement as proof of address of where I have lived for the past 24 years and passed all of their verification.

Withdrawal requests keep being cancelled for reasons such as

1. "Entered the wrong account number" - Untrue, I took a screenshot of the account details I entered and even provided this to them.

2. "Didn't enter IBAN number" - UK based bank account therefore their form didn't request my IBAN number. I later provided my IBAN number however this didn't help.

3. "Haven't verified bank account" - I provided a full bank statement which was issued within the last 6 months, contained my full name and matched the account numbers specified.

Plus500 are clearly giving me the run around

Ask yourself, do you really want to use a system which has absolutely no customer service, which refuses to withdraw you your money if you make a profit. Imagine if I had deposited £40,000 rather than £400.

do not use plus 500, they do not answer emails, or calls, this has been going on for over a week.

when you dont have an issue its fine, but when there is an issue, then

the problems start. i changed my address and on my docs it shoed new address but on there system my old address, acount put on hold no answers no cummincationjust call customer services

these people are sharks avoid

They take days to review whether you can withdraw YOUR funds. If you need help with something they take days/weeks to respond.

System is not reliable while it is busy. I can't do anything, buy, sell or login.

what is your problem? why don't you have five thousand shares to trade ?

im still learning how to trade and understand how it all works but im getting the hang of it and its working in my favor at this time im enjoying it and this is coming from an absolute novice, so if you are going to give this a go i recommend you do it as its interesting and challenging at the same time but the results are great.

i like the sms i recieve when a marketh close, or open,your service is ok but the time to payout is a bit long try and do something about that

I have always been interested in the stockmarket but did not have any knowledge about it. I have always find it very hard to learn from just what you see on the news or what you read in the newspapers. It is great to have found Plus500, a website where I can have a free demo account and try and learn at the same time. Now I can look for information about trading on the stockmarket and safely try out what I learn. It all gets a lot more clear, seeing what happens, seeing consequences of decisions I make and actions I take. I don't have to spent time to go to a course, I can learn in my own time, on my own pace. It doesn't stress me out when I have lost money, because it is not real and it does not influence my bankaccount. That makes it easier to take bigger risks, your are less afraid to make mistakes and so you learn faster.
