DO NOT BUY A EUROSTEAM IRON!

I bought the Euro Steam Evolution at the LA County Fair last August and have been very disappointed for several reasons; the handle gets very hot, the iron leaks steam, and there is a very loud hissing sound long after the iron is unplugged. I called the service number repeatedly and spoke to "Alonna", who was full of excuses but offered no help other than a new O-Ring (that took 7 weeks to arrive and only made the problems worse instead of better).

Bottom line: the concept of a steam iron is great, but this RedFern product is very poorly made. The customer service is even worse. I wasted $200 on this piece of junk... don't make the same mistake!
