My 18 month old H20 mop handle just sheared right off when I was cleaning my kitchen floor. Part of the handle was lodged in the lower part of the mop, it is still stuck there and is impossible to remove. Thane told me I could send it for repair at a cost of £35 plus £9.99 for a new handle. Cheaper to buy a new one for £49 at the local hardware store, I said there is an obvious design fault but they put the blame on me! I am disgusted at their lack of interest in this problem. Surely I am not the first person to have this happen to. I had already recommended this to 3 friends. I feel they should have offered to repair this for free as it is useless as a floor mop and I had bought if for full price plus lots of extras, a waste of money.
