Used it 3 or 4 times and now does not steam and drips water I will never buy anyththing from Thane every again.

It is heavy to use when cleaning windows and not user friendly

it's exactly what happened to me - after 3 or 4 times use no more steam - I try to clean with the tool inside the box but nothing! wery upset
