Loved this steam claner, used it once a week to do all my floors. However, Ive had two as they've had to be replaced as they kept breaking. Now do not have one. Im not the only person to have problems with this steam cleaner, at least 3 of my friends are on there 3rd. Im going to try a different brand, there must be a fault with these one.

This is an excellent product, well designed and easy to use. Unfortunately, it has a design fault such that in three months, we are on our third unit. No problems getting it replaced so far but expensive on postage to keep sending it back. The latest fault means everything works fine except it outputs cold water, not steam.

I too was seduced by the shopping channels lengthy adverts for this steam mop with all its attachments!! I have had it for just under 8 weeks and only used the hand held steamer and the garment steamer, I haven't even gotten around to using the mop head yet and the unit has stopped working!!!
It now makes all the pulsing noises and the light goes on but instead of steam a short sharp and pumping jet of cold water. it drains the tank in a couple of minutes. Vey disappointed i'm going to send it back and after all the reviews I've read on this and many other sites I'm going to request a full refund!! Couldn't be bothered with a new on it will most likely malfunction again, as many people have reported. VERY POOR PRACTICE TO KEEP ADVERTISING AND SELLING THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT CLEARLY HAS MAJOR DESIGN & FUNCTION FAULTS!! £100 + P&P IS NOT CHEAP!!!
