3rd choice trampoline finally arrived today 6th april, origanal order placed 12th march. chose and paid for 14ft t/line within 1 hr was contacted by customer services and told not in stock, was offered upgrade which i took and was refunded 90 quid. happy days ? 1 week later was told t/line was out of stock and took an equivalent alternative after advice from the company sales team. now its here minus crucial parts and of a quality the chinese would be ashamed of!!! i wont be putting it up it will collapse at best. customer service is a joke impossible to arrange return or refund. never again you have been warned

“Don't trust the stock levels, but good quality product”

★★★★☆

written by Sympology on 24/06/2016

As with many, it said in stock, but turned out it wasn't. Had to wait just under 2 weeks for delivery. However when phoning up the person was friendly and very helpful. And delivery was easily arranged. When it arrived (7ft x 10ft rectangular), it came in 3 very heavy boxes, which were damaged due to the banding straps cutting into it.All parts were there and fully intact. Ideally the manufacturer needs to cling wrap before banding. Putting together was a tough job, the instructions were a little vague and could be better. Putting the mat in was hard work. There were two of us and we used ratchet straps to get the springs to attach to the bed. However if there were three of you, it should be possible. The frame is a serious bit of kit and I have no worries about it lasting. The matt looks good as do the springs. The padding on the uprights is simply pipe lagging, but that means it will be dead cheap to replace when it degrades. In summary I'd give them 5 stars if they could actually manage stock control and improve the instructions.

“GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT ONE!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by NiaWhite on 20/06/2016

Wish I had checked others reviews prior to ordering as may have gone elsewhere! I ordered 08/06/16 it was an in stock item, so the "free next day delivery" sounded great as the mat had given way on our prior one, that lasted 13 years, hence decision to buy new rather than replace mat! It's now 20/06/16, 12 days later and I have now been told its out of stock???? They didn't tell me, I've been calling them! Another delivery expected in about 3 weeks, would I like one reserved???? Well.... They have taken £299.99 of my money, they don't sound keen on refunding me, SO of course I would like one as not in the habit of giving away money! Be aware, others have had similar trouble from reviews I've since found, fingers crossed I do get it soon!

“Boing trampoline”

★★★☆☆

written by Chancej7 on 16/12/2015

Our Boing trampoline was delivered as expected and much enjoyed by our children. However we now need some replacement parts and I am unable to buy any despite lots of effort searching. Trampoline Warehouse might be able to help, but this is after several communications.

“STILL WAITING!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by KClark18 on 13/06/2015

We ordered a trampoline for our young children exactly 2 weeks ago, the website declares next day delivery...........What an absolute joke, as we still haven't received ours!! Everyday I get promised its on the vehicle and will be delivered that day!!!!! And everyday I'm lied to, it never arrives, I have zero faith in the company, if I had known it would take this long there is NO WAY I would have ordered it through Trampoline Warehouse, my children are gutted! What's more frustrating is that I have to keep phoning and chasing it. Obviously they are SUPER QUICK at taking the payment, this was the only service that was NEXT DAY!! Very very frustrating. Watch this space..............Sure this won't be my final review! K Clark Buckingham

“totally false advertising and RUBBISH customer service”

★☆☆☆☆

written by 120Finch on 08/06/2015

I went with company because their USP is NEXT DAY delivery. Had a party with 20 children on Friday and ordered it on WEDNESDAY. I kept on checking on the Friday that the trampoline would actually arrive and they inform me that my box is sitting in the depot...so where is the depot? they didn't know, bust asked me if I could pick it up myself if they fund out where it was! (I had 30 people arriving that evening!) Can you contact the delivery company? yes, Ive sent an email, they don't answer the phone.....Long story short, the trampoline didn't arrive, no one knows why, I tried to cancel the order and they said that would have a £15 charge!!!!! they tried to convince me to go ahead with the order and it'd be delivered the next morning yes or yes. OK I had paid for it so...Monday afternoon and IM STILL WAITING for a company that claims that they deliver the NEXT DAY. Absolute RUBBISH. In this day and age you just can't afford to have such bad customer service!

“laughable delivery service laughable customer...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by trampolinewarehouseisshockinglybad on 20/04/2015

Next day delivery? (strap line on advertising) Ordered on the 8th of April just turned the driver away on the 20th of April. Turned away because actually cancelled our order 8 days ago, we went out and bought another one from a more customer centred company!!!! However still no money back after being promised it would be the Monday morning after the weekend (still waiting) as they don't do returns in the afternoon. Now after complaining for the 500th time they said that they have 30 days to refund if they want too. The trampoline Warehouse had no idea where their product was so they could not tell me a delivery date...... even though I was promised 3 times it would arrive the next day. No phone calls to say sorry the trampoline is going to be late. I never write in these reviews but has been compelled to as known should put any money in their direction. Only gave one star because I had too!!!!

“Good product and communications”

★★★★☆

written by on 16/06/2014

We bought a 12 ft trampoline and after even 3 days it's paid for itself with the amount of usage it has got! The trampoline was a good price and was delivered in 2 or 3 days rather than overnight but that wasn't a concern. I rather think that was the courier service than their issue. There were no delivery instructions for the trampoline itself but I found it rather easy to work out. Once your realise how to use the spring tool it's rather easy. We had one clasp for the netting which wasn't drilled out but having bought a drill bit and done it myself and told the company they refunded 5 quid as a good will gesture which I thought was nice. All in all a relaxed but efficient service. Efficient because when I gave the wrong postcode for my address by one letter they called us to confirm the correction.

“Bad quality trampolines; misleading website.”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Tim.t on 03/09/2013

I had the misfortune to buy what this company call a Boing trampoline. There was a great picture of the trampoline I thought I was going to buy on the website which looked like our old trampoline which had lasted us for 7 very well used years). The trampoline I received was a completely different design to the one on their website ( it had 6 W legs not 4 as in the photo). Too late I checked their terms and conditions which say the following: Specifications / Dimensions 4. Whilst most products are made from identically machined components to a standard specification but due to a policy of continuous improvement, manufacturers reserve the right to modify designs, specifications and materials without prior notification. So this apparently gives them the right to change their trampolines to something completely different to the photos on their website. In fact they use the same photo for every one of the 9 Boing trampolines they advertise in spite of size or quality. The 6 leg trampolines are cheaply made; when you bounce on them the noise is awful, the whole trampoline creaks and you can see the joins in the frame moving. They claim that someone weighing 25 stone could use this trampoline which is simply not possible. The instruction book says that the W legs should be at 90 degrees to the ground. After assembly the W legs were all pointing inwards giving the impression that the frame would collapse inwards after some use. I took this up with the company and they said the following: don't worry it will settle down; it's not dangerous don't worry about it; take it apart and put it together again it may be better. After all of this they had no intention of changing it to the correct design or a safe trampoline. I am taking it up with trading standards.

Wish I'd read this before I bought mine. So creaky - and not the same as the picture. Do you still use it? Did they change it for you?

“Brilliant Product”

written by fiona_uk on 16/04/2013

We got a 12ft trampoline for our two boys over the easter holidays, we were in a bit of a jam as needed fast and didn’t have much time to shop around. I have to say that trampoline warehouse were great, called up friendly staff gave us advice, we ordered and had the trampoline the next day, all there and me and my hubbie found it easy to assemble! Kids have been on it relentlessly, and are a nightmare when the weather isn’t good enough to go on!!!! :)

“Dangerous do not buy!! ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Msklonsdale on 02/04/2013

We purchased a 16ft trampoline which on the first attempt at putting it together it folded with the tension. The steel actually ripped! We ordered another ring and on second attempt we reinforced the fittings with bolts and this time the trampoline bent in the middle so the legs on one side had actually risen 3ft off the floor. Thank god our children weren't on it! Please do not buy this product!

“Missing parts”

★☆☆☆☆

written by sjwatson on 08/09/2012

Similar experience to others. We ordered a 7x10 ft trampoline. Next working day delivery turned out to be two working days. On opening the boxes, we found that we were missing box 2 of the three. The company sent another box which turned out to be a duplicate of one we already had despite clearly telling the company which was missing. What is more, this box was packed in a cardboard box that was torn and half missing. When box 2 arrived, we still found that parts were missing, again rather important ones, i.e. the trampoline mat and the bottoms rails. I am still waiting for this sorry tale to end! There does seem to be a lack of proper quality control at this company. Not to be recommended.

“Trampoline warehouse - worst purchase to date!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 09/08/2012

I pursuaded my mother to buy a 10ft trampoline from Trampoline Warehouse on line rather than going to the supermarket or high street stores. This was the worst mistake i have ever made. The trampoline arrived incomplete with no stands or legs for the trampoline (useful i would say!), a delivery note or instructions! A delivery note would have been useful to tick against what we had received. After finally receiving the instructions we could see that there were even more parts missing! after numerous phone calls when we thought we had finally received all of the parts it wasn't until we tried to put the trampoline together that we realised that there were more parts missing. Disaster from start to finsh. In the end my mother had to ask for a full refund and for the goods to be returned. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided considering they are a trampoilne company specialsing in trampolines. The question is how could they get this so wrong! Having read a review by one lady where she had to pay for the return for her item i hope that the cost of returning the goods will be paid for by the company as they have completely messed up from start to finsih!

“false advertising, products not fit for purpose -...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by surreymom on 22/09/2011

Trampoline Ware House - experience from 9 August to 15 September. I ordered a trampoline tent for my daughters trampoline. One of the items that really caught my eye when I was googling for this item was the very bold and often repeated - FREE DELIVERY on their website and tag line. Of course I know the size of the trampoline (as I bought it) but I also measured it following the instructions on their site to make sure I order the correct item. When the item arrived, a tent for the 12 ft trampoline, it would not fit. We only got so far as trying to put the base on - no way near 12ft. Either their measurements are wrong, the box was wrong or it is a very poor item. the box clearly stated it was for a 12 ft trampoline but the base was just so far short of the mark. So I packed it back up (other items for the tent were never even opened) and returned to them with their return packing slip and in the original container as instructed. I had to pay the return postage - not too happy about hat but of course thinking I will get my money back as this item as it is so not what was advertised - no way near fitting a 12 ft trampoline. What is causing me to caution people about this firm is that (1) items are not as described - what is sent is not fit for purpose as they are completely the wrong size (2) they advertise in big letters and often FREE POSTAGE but if you return the item - even if it is not fit for purpose, they will deduct £15 for postage. (3) They also took close to 3 weeks to refund me "some" money. Imagine - charged me £15 for postage PLUS I had to shell out £15 to send it back and i had to keep chasing to get any money refunded! I would like to warn every one about this expensive mistake of using this company STAY AWAY from trampoline warehouse
