I BOUGHT REALLY EXPENSIVE JACKET FROM BLACKS WHICH IS PART OF JD SPORTS. ZIP WAS NOT WORKING THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OR PROVIDE REFUND. THEY INSIST THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. I THOUGHT FAULTY ITEMS ARE COVERED UNDER RETAIL LAW!!
