Ordered some trainers online for my son as he desperately wanted them for the start of school on Tuesday. I ordered them on Saturday and paid £5.99 for Next day delivery. On Monday l contacted them to say l hadn't received an email to say they have been despatched and was told that there's been a problem at the warehouse and l won't be receiving them till Tuesday. This is not the first time l've had a problem. I ordered trainers for my daughter from the store a while ago and they took ages to come in and when they did arrive we had no email sent it just happened to be by chance that we phoned them. Not a happy customer. Will never order again!
