When I brought the trainers I was in dated with staff wanting to help me in fact over board but lease there was a lot of staff around for the size of the store which is in Cramlington Northumberland I brought trainers as a gift but got wrong size my fault but on returning them missed laid my receipt,so had problem exchanging them as needed receipt so went off to bank to get something to say i had brought them the bank give me a copy and even signed it to vertify it was mine so back to shop to be told it didn't show everything their wanted but in the the end did get exchange.this is what i wanted in first place but just to let everyone know with out receipt you can't even exchange and pity help you if you paid cash no hope of exchange,I didn't want my money back so I didn't think it would have taken so long to exchange item or a big problem to swap.I know it was partly my fault in losing receipt but didn't think I would come up with problem I did.I was told by the staff when got them I had so many days to either exchange or if I had receipt money back so be aware of shop policy which all staff should give right information,
