got email saying my order was ready for collection, got into car drove 20 miles. excited to get my trainers on nye, dont think so.. the girl never heard of me or my trainers and told me to come back in 2 days, rang customer services and they said it was in the store. and she prompted that some lazy person in the store forgot to scan them. no good for me, i will b requesting a refund in 2 days. So b advised stay away from jd online store, until they can sort out simple collection service, peace
