Not happy with jejamescycles online service
Ordered 3 items shown in stock, at very competitive prices with free delivery. Flashy website didn't deliver email confirmation of order.
After a couple of weeks inactivity I emailed to ask why nothing happening
A quick reply. 2 items packed the other in stock. So why not dispatched already, I wonder? Strange.
A week later, still nothing. I email again. No response yet. I try phoning. Answerphone.
So after over 3 weeks, I'm still waiting.
It's not worth trying to get the very cheapest price if the items don't turn up and the sender doesn't adequately explain what's going on.
Now I see the other reviews here. I know I made a mistake. Thanks to the other reviewers. Should have looked here first.
I do a lot of online shopping, but this is the first time I've ever had to write a negative review.
Do your shopping elsewhere.
