“Terrible service”

This was one of those "Falling down" moments for those that remember the movie.

After getting through Bristol airport security quite quickly we thought great let's get some food- we went to Brunel's - this is the biggest resturant at the airport . We found a dirty table- all of them were dirty with plates and old glasses on. I cleared the table found some napkins to wipe it down and then looked at the menu.

There were four staff standing g behind the counter chatting and one person serving. I stood in the que and waited my turn. When I got to the server I told him my order and he said wrong menu and walked away he then came back with a different menus and said breakfast was over- it was 11:32 breakfast finished at 11:30. I said it been in the air for five minutes- blank look on face and no response.

This is a typical home if an airport resturant, terrible service rude staff and vastly over priced poor quality food.
