I have recently had a thermodynamic hot water heating system installed AGT. I orginally heard about the technology online and after reading up on the system and deciding if it was something I wanted to do I decided to get the system installed. AGT carried out a neat and tidy installation with no interference in my daily duties, the installers were very friendly and explained the product in great detail before leaving my home after the installation was complete. Now the system has been running and has had to time to work after the installation I am very happy with the product the system has exceeded my expectations and I now look forward to hot showers and boiling baths.

First initial contact was polite and pleasant, work was completed within 2 days and I am very happy with the result from my new solar pv battery. I have already recommended to friends and family and I am now planning on using them again. 10/10 from me

I just got a call from someone from this company - I thought it was at first someone trying to prank call me - but it turned out it wasn't - really atrocious in every way, talking to me as though I was an idiot, not willing to explain why they were wanting to talk to the person they had called i.e. my other half, talking over the top of me, not listening to what I was saying - just shocking - I felt threatened and he seemed to think that this was the way he was going to get us to buy something from them ... I don't think so.

Boiler Room Alert !! Please be warned...... This outfit and their many guises are a boiler room operation. Working from a shoe box above a shop in Essex this bunch are looking to take money from the old and vulnerable. No accreditation's to any product or certified bodies, no qualifications, no company trading history, no third party warranty scheme. From the dodgy websites, mobiles and 0800 numbers your cash is not safe here. If in doubt obtain two other quotes for the products they have specified and compare. Choose companies listed under RECC, Solar Trade association or approved contractors list. BEWARE!! This is a sham outfit. Following a cold call a gentleman visited my property in order to sell me an upgrade product to my solar panels. The company paperwork has the logo`s of MCS, RECC and Napit, all of whom are required to certify the equipment they are selling. I signed up but later cancelled and due to the aggressive follow up decided to make a complaint only to be told that they are not members of any of these schemes. Please check for yourself on the MCS & RECC websites, both confirm that the company are not accredited and therefore the paperwork has been fabricated. I have contacted trading standards to report this. I wish i had seen the earlier review on here also. But please take caution. There are many good companies out there, this in my opinion certainly is not one of them.
