Haven't used this site for 2 years but still kept the membership as I always mean to go back to it but never got round to it. I was amazed then to get an email last month telling me the credits I bought 6 months ago were about to expire. How is this possible - I certainly have NOT bought any credits recently and have NOT given permission for them to take money out of my bank (other than renew membership). I think they have actually STOLEN money from me !!!
It's impossible to ask anyone because the email link is continually broken, the live chat doesn't work and I cannot find a phone number anywhere on the site.
If anyone knows how to contact them I'd love to know.
Be very careful using this site - I'm not sure it is totally honest
