“No loyalty”

I've played netball with Go Mammoth for 18 months and initially pleased with their service, but they've shown no loyalty to our team whatsoever - giving our spot in the league away to another team.  Just because we asked for a couple of days to get payment together even though we've paid on time every season for a year! 

I've also had to chase up a refund for a cancelled league which I was promised over a month ago. They're all about the money now and unfortunately customer service seems to have gone out the window.
