“Samsung S7 - No Autodialler - Samsung NOT Interested”

Have recently acquired S7, great phone, everything good APART FROM NO autodialler unlike it's predecessors. Called UK Customer Services who weren't interested in fixing this problem. Appalling service, this is a multi billion dollar company that doesn't care about this important feature or its customers. It only thinks of itself. Have a galaxy s7 edge on a 2 year contract. phone / contract is 3 months old. It has already been returned twice to utility warehouse for repair whom sent phone back to Samsung. I have only had phone back since Thursday 2/3/17 and today Sat 3/3/17 phone started playing up again suddenly powering off then on again whilst using the internet or YouTube or texting. utility warehouse will not change the handset for an alternative even though they admit to there being a few glitches with the s7 edge… Read Full Review

“Faulty”

3 month old phone been repaired by Samsung twice in 3 weeks still has the same fault phone will suddenly power off then 're start yet it has had a new main board I also have friends and colleagues who have the same issues phone is luckily on a 2 year contract with utility warehouse so repairs are free however they will not change for an alternative handset… Read Full Review
