phone amazing - suppliers cr*p!!

time for my upgrade! i knew exactly what phone i wanted, blackberry torch in white. i got the contract through phones 4 u on orange. BIG MISTAKE!! phones 4 u should not even be allowed to supply members of the public, what an absolute joke they turned out to be!! i had the phone for a day before it broke, which however annoying it was, i accepted i was just unlucky and knew i would get a replacement, what i didn't know was that it would take 10 WORKING DAYS to get a replacement. I WAS NOT happy!!! i received the second torch, and again after one day it broke and could not be repaired, only replaced. The wires in the slide up were not attached properly so phone calls were unquestionable, i couldn't hear anything through the speaker although the person on the other line could hear me perfectly, at this moment i am still waiting for my 3rd phone in less than 3 weeks. They have said if this phone is faulty too then they can offer me any phone for £20 a month, which is tempting but i have decided to be stubborn and stand my ground. While i couldnt use the phone to make calls i still had the chance to look around the other features and what an amazing phone it is. I have had the iphone before and didnt like it, blackberrys all the way!
