I purchased this crock pot as a replacement for one we had for over 30 years. Always thought that Crock Pot was a top name and brand. This is such a disappointment, I have used it 3 times (wanted to give it a far chance). Time 1, was for soup, it had 6 cups of liquid in it, instructions low for 6-7 hours. In 4 it was scorched to the bottom. Time 2, a pork roast, at 2 hours the roast was at 150 degrees, lowered it to warm, an hour later it tested 208 degrees, was the most dried out roast ever. Time 3, was chicken, again was sticking on the bottom at 2 hours. Thank goodness our old one was not picked up by Purple Heart yet, out it comes and in the nice new treat goes. So very disappointed with you CROCK POT INCORPORATED.
