I have gone for 2 tattoo removal sessions in the Harley street branch and I have to say firstly the customer service from everybody there has been fantastic. The first treatment I didn't notice much difference but the second I have seen some cracks appearing.. I was abit disappointed to be told it will take another 5-6 sessions as im sure I got told will just be 3-4 maybe at the start. The price is the main thing.. £200 for about 30seconds worth of work. However the professionalism and customer service of the team is the main reason im going back tomorrow for my 3rd appointment. If you have a big budget then 100% id recommend this place. ( Treatment is not painful at all )

Esher branch.. booked a treatment for my wife as a present. Doctor never turned up. .no feedback on why or apology. kept waiting for over an hour then told not coming, Since then have called the company twice to be removed from text messages but am constantly bombarded with messages from company. No customer care in the first instance. .Just a complete waste of time. Would never recommended, not customer oriented. Avoid. .and stop sending the constant messages

I have been having Laser hair removal at Trueskin Kingston/Esher Medispa for a year now. I bought into a package for 6 full body sessions. They have been so flexible for me and worked the treatments around my summer holidays. I have had about 4 different therapists treating me - and they are all lovely. Friendly and extremely competent with the machine. I am very happy with the results too. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When I read negative reviews I find them hard to believe based on my own experience. I drive for 40 minutes to get to esher, but would never go elsewhere now. I am a very happy customer.

Although I have not personally visited the clinic, I am in the industry that deals with laser removal and reconstruction after body modification. After seeing the program on Channel 4 about people's regrets on tattoos and piercings, I was shocked to see the clinic removing people's tattoos without a protective apron, gloves or face mask. Other laser clinics on this programme all managed to wear the correct protective clothing. At one point, the male technician, wiped his face with his hand before proceeding to continue the treatment. This is disgusting and incredibly unhygienic. There are no excuses for not wearing gloves, wether it meets local council guidelines or not, people should wear gloves! It is a basic in any procedure. If they aren't wearing gloves, it makes you think what other corners they are cutting when it comes to your health and safety. I'd advise avoiding this place, as even less experienced and less professional people doing the same procedures even have the common sense to wear gloves and reduce the risk of cross contamination and infection.

says on their website that they provide a free consultation which is not true if you call them!! i was told that i would have to pay £50.00 as a booking fee which was fine it was then they said that if i didnt have the treatment done they would keep my £50.00 this is not right!! i was also told they could tell me over the phone if i was suitable for the lazer treatment which i find alarming!! the manager kristine would not pass any head office details to me to make a complaint!! i will be forwarding all evidence of mis advertisement on to watch dog and any other review site i can find as this company are obviously out to take advantage of people!!!!

I have had 5 laser appointments at the kingston branch with 4 different staff (they all seem to move on). This is a negative experience for the customer as each therapist is different and i get different opinions on what levels the settings should be (eg the first therapist slapped on aloe before treatments, the second said aloe was not required and took half an hour to do each leg.... the third did the both legs in 20min! Unfortunately i have paid upfront for a years treatment otherwise i would not use the clinic. I had assumed that all staff would receive the same training (so it would not matter if they moved

I went to Trueskin at my wits end with having tried products that just irritated my very sensitive and sore and blemished skin, having suffered badly for the last 3 years. For my first visit the therapist was really helpful, didn't make me feel self-concious and took time to understand my concerns and asked all the right questions very naturally. The skin analysis was also really useful. The therapist recommended a course of light treatments for me, but more importantly took me through some basics of skin care that was probably the best part of the advice. The therapist also offered great advice on my makeup regime, during the light therapy that was invaluable. The dermaquest and youngblood products are worth every penny and really really work. I saw an 80% improvement in my skin condition after a course of 4 light treatments and it continues to improve. My skin has never looked so good. I would recommended trueskin to everyone.

I am only into 2 of 6 treatments but so far my experience has been good. There is an element of sales talk about the products that might benefit your treatment but I have not experienced any pressure, you are free to make your own commitment to any further purchases. The treatments I have received have been pleasant, relaxing and hopeful, as I say only 2 of the 6, yet experienced, threid vein and rejuvenation results yet to be determined.

I had bad acne scarring on jaw line which left me with deep scars that were easily congested I required monthly extraction facials as the blackheads formed quite quickly. I have had a number of MDA facials at different clinic in the past and not only have the results with Trueskin been the best, their prices are also very affordable. The therapists at Trueskin are by far the most thorough and professional I have dealt with. The are extremely helpful with recommending the best products for your skin type.

Seeing my skin under the microscope pre-treatment was quite an eye opener (i.e. dehydration, pigmentation, fine lines, scarring etc) and am looking forward to seeing the difference after my last facial in a couple of weeks. I have had 2 courses of 6 facials in total and that has been sufficient. There is no longer congestion on my jaw line and the thick scar tissue has been smoothed out. I would highly recommend Trueskin to everyone.
