“Poor After Sales”

Recently bought the F&P oven from appliancecity. Faulty from new and F&P wanted me to contact KIWIRESCUE. These guys are a joke, unresponsive and disinterested. I would recommend F&P on style and features but from a aftersales point of view, best avoided. Stick to what you know and buy reputable brands that offer good after sales service.

F&P directly have intervened and hopefully my problem will be rectified. If F&P had good service then they could be onto a winner.
