EKMpowershop have excellent customer service-i signed up to have an on-line store with them and within 24 hours id had a welcome email offering help, a personal phone call, and an invite to a webinar!

-every time i have a question-no matter how small ( i feel like some of my questions must seem ridiculous) i have a swift reply within hours, in simple terms i can understand with an invite to ask more questions if needed.

After setting up my shop i had another phone call checking that i was doing ok and understood everything.

The layout of the website and tools for managing your shop are simple and easy to use-with lots of help at hand.

you can even have a play around in a shop FOR FREE to decide which template you like BEFORE buying-this is valuable as i spend a couple of hours finalising what kind of design i would like before i even had to sign up!

The templates available is very high quality and variable so there is something for everyone and you can change all elements to suit your site and your not tied down you can change your template at anytime!

The webinars can be booked at a time to suit you as well as the phone calls-they really fit in around you! and the webinars are often enough that if you decided to go it alone in the beginning you can still join a webinar a little later if you started to struggle.

I cannot speak highly enough of them and i would recommend them to both new and old on-line shop owners.
