“Not Worth The Money”

★☆☆☆☆

written by lizzycross on 09/11/2012

Yes the designs are good and the selection is varied. The prices are on the high side but seemed worth it for an attractive and comfy pair of shoes. Very soon after only a few wearings the upper and lower parts started to peel apart. I contacted Customer Service by email, expecting an answer along the lines of "return the shoes to one of our shops for replacement". Not so, I was told all their shoes are imported and there is no facility for faults to be remedied. Their best advice was to buy myself some glue! The shoes now have an ugly wadge of glue on the toe caps and constantly peel a[art and leak. I am appalled at the cavalier attitude of Moshulu, their shoes are not bargain basement but relatively expensive. Their total non customer service is something else! Had I realised the poor quality + poor customer service I would never have parted with £60.00 for shoddy shoes.

I am allergic to chrome which is often used in the leather tanning process. This is banned in Germany so that Reiker, Seibel and Gabor shoes are safe to wear. Are any moshulu shoes or sandals chrome free? Please help.
