Customer service is horrific

I recently bought some boots from office and the first day I wore them it rained and my boots were stained with water marks, when purchasing the boots nobody advised us to buy any protection spray for the boots. I took the boots back to office to ask if I could have a refund and they declined the request and said it wasn't their fault or their place to advise me to buy protection spray! I called head office and they wouldn't do anything about the situation, when I was asking for a refund and explaining the situation the cashier told me to 'calm down and stop shouting', even though I wasn't I was just explaining! The staff were rude and patronising towards me also. I was left with ruined boots which cost £85, they told me to take them to a shoe shop and see if they could do anything with the boots but when I took them, the man said if he tried to clean the boots it would turn them another colour and ruin the leather so my boots were ruined and office haven't done anything about it!
