“Worst ever online shopping experience”

Ordered a pair of timberland boots online and paid for express delivery, waited around 5 days and still nothing. Contacted footlocker customer service via telephone and they could you tell me why my order had not been shipped and the status was still pending, the money left my bank on the day i ordered so they had my cash, they advised me to wait another couple of days and log on to check the status, I did this but it had not changed, this was now 10 days from when i should have had the boots. They informed ma again that they could not understand why it had not been changed and advised me i could cancel online if i wished, i went online and filled ouyt the cancellation form and cancelled the order. The order status has now changed from pending to AWAITING RETURN OF GOODS!!! I called customer service again who said that they could not understand why they are awaiting me to return boots that they never shipped in first place before i can get my cash back, im £140 down and i have to wait for them to sort the mistakes they made before i can even have my cash back for boots they never shipped. I am warning you beware footlocker and the non exsisting customer services
