Terrible Service
Still waiting on my shed! Was told a delivery date a week after purchase that it would be delivered...phoned to see where it was and was told there was a problem processing my order and it hadn't went through.... Money was taken of course so they processed order and confirmed a delivery date for the following week... Following week has came phone the day before delivery date to make sure shed was definitely coming and they assured us it was on the van thru the night to be delivered so yes it's okay for u to knock down ur old shed as new one will be with you tomorrow... So of course we phone up on delivery day to ask for time slot only to be told its not out for delivery it will be another week yet! Do not buy from this company you will get messed about. If I ever get my shed I will be amazed!!!

Worst Firm I Have Ever Dealt With
Terrible. Worst firm I have ever dealt with. They say "we have X number of these in stock." It does not mean that, it means they have the raw material stocks to make that number, if they ever get round to it. They say "delivery in X days". Absolute rubbish, I waited months. Parts missing, stupid crass suggestions about how to get round the issues. Wrong items received. No-one on customer services. Managers too frightened to come to the phone and speak to you. How on earth are they still in business? Wish I had read the reviews before parting with a serious amount of cash. Never again.I have given the order number, but I guarantee they will not contact me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered shed and was told delivery in 10 days; they took the full amount for the shed. Surprise, surprise the shed never arrived! Tried to ring but impossible to contact by phone as their dispatch line has a recorded message telling you to e mail them which they will answer in 48 hours. I have sent 2 e mails and received no reply. In their standard reply to comments on trust pilot they say they will refund cancelled orders within 6 working days. I sent a recorded delivery letter to them over a month ago cancelling my order and I have received no refund.
It is worrying if you check this company with Company House, the net worth of the company has dramatically decreased over recent years and there are only accounts up to 2018. I am now trying to get a refund from my credit card company.
This is a truly unethical company who gladly take orders knowing they have no stock and also will deliberately avoid the customers from whom they have unethically taken money from. Why is this company allowed to continue to trade. We all need to contact trading standards. I have passed on details to BBC Watchdog, perhaps other customers may want to do the same.
How do the company directors sleep at night knowing that they cause their customers such frustration, pain and financial loss?

I Was Expecting This Order Within 48 Hours As It W
I was expecting this order within 48 hours as it was in the 48 hour section. I ordered it because I would receive delivery quickly. I received an email saying I will not receive this until 18th June over a month since the order. Do not use COVID as an excuse it was there when I ordered on 13th May and delivery should have been quoted accordingly. I would have ordered from elsewhere if the true delivery time had been quoted. Could you also please advise why I received an email from a totally different company regarding delivery? I ordered with you. I am disgusted looking at your reviews on trust pilot so are a lot of other people. I made the mistake of looking at your google reviews before ordering never again will try to ensure others don’t make same mistake. Please give me some information on where my £200 has gone ??? Why do you have the right to keep it over a month with no product???

This has to be one of the worst mickey mouse firms i have ever came across???i have been in construction for over 30 years and never ever? experienced a business like this one....they let you order and take your money without have any stock of the item you ordered,they never ever answer the phone or emails,(customer services?i hear you say?you have to be joking....)i am now seeking a refund as my order has not been delivered,please do not believe the reviews on there website?? This is how the snared me in their trap.I am now in the process of contacting trading standards and will be seeking a civil case against them if i am not refunded...BEWARE THEM

They Started Off Well The Sales Staff, Took My Cas
They started off well the sales staff, took my cash then Failed to turn up to installed the shed on the planned day and never bothered to notify us that they would not be arriving having waited for them all day.
The next time they supposed to have turned up by midday, but turned up at two pm.then the installers were spent the first two hours wrongly assembling the panels and had to dismantle them several times before the got the correct panels in the right positions.
when it came to the roof they could not get the last three panels on as they had not build the shed square, so the loosened many screw and forced the remain panels into place having forcefully distorted all the frames to get them into situ.
by 8pm in total darken they were trying to put the roof felt on and found they did not have enough felting to do the job. rain was forecast for the next day so I gave them some heavy duty polythene sheeting to at least stop the wood from getting a soaking until they return.
That was Saturday night the 25th January. they then re-booked to come back sometime on Friday 31st January, and did not show up, so again we complained.
they promised on come along on the 4th at some time, then I received an email yesterday (3rd Feb) stating that their fitter will only be arriving between 7 and 8pm and asked if that was OK so I said that's Fine in my reply.
At 20:03 hours I sent an email letting them know they fitter has failed to turn up and naturally vented my anger.then at 20:09 I get a phone call from supposingly the fitter say he could not make it until about 9:30pm, so I said that was fine, and guess what, he said.. I will be banging what will your Neighbours say...a cop out with no intentions of being here again, so I told him to tell his office and left it at that.
Despicable, disgraceful and an altogether appalling disregard for the customer.

Dont Care Once They Have Your Money
Ordered a shed - was quite painless. til they charged us for delivery although it states when ordering free delivery. emailed about this and 1 week on still yet to recieve a reply although it states you will get a response by the end of the same business day.
delivery driver turned up at 7:45am and was lovely and polite. very helpful also.
built the shed 1 day after recivieng it. perspex for the window is too small so its letting wind and rain in. have tried calling and emailing. shock, 3 days on im still yet to recieve a call or email response back.
company are happy to take your money but not happy to resolve issues.
have ended up having to go and buy a sheet of perspex and cut it ourselves as to not have inside of the shed damadged anymore.
will be contacting our back if we don't hear back in the next few days.
business' should focus on customer service not just getting the money then not care.

do not buy from this company I have lost all the money paid for a shed cannot use ... is so bad warped panels not even dry inside when rains very very poor could have built a better shed with recycled pallets

Very Poor Customer Service
Delivery was promised for Monday. It eventually showed up after hours on Tuesday. There was no call in advance of arrival as promised and so the item was taken away. The company is now saying that they will deliver when they are next passing which may be another week or more.
Dreadful service! Terrible approach to customer satisfaction - this resolution is basically what suits them, not what is in the customer's best interests. Look elsewhere.
You will get a very helpful sales person and a very unhelpful customer service experience. This company is all about sales, not about service.
