Product good. however shockingly bad customer service!

After researching in length online for a new rabbit home - I came across the "Bunnery shed" - a lot of research and thought has gone into designing a fox proof, spacious residence for pet rabbits.
I felt I had finally found what I had been looking for,for so many years.
Prior to purchase, Dunster House was very accommodating, answering any questions I had, both over the phone & via Rabbitopia - on facebook)

However unfortunately as soon as I paid my deposit the customer service was shockingly bad - I was advised 1-2 weeks for delivery. After 4 weeks of chasing to getting a delivery date (calling every couple of days / sending emails and messages on facebook & getting no response)I had to send a letter to advise if I hadn't had a delivery date by the end of the week - I would be forced to cancel the order. On receipt of the letter I immediately got a call to arrange delivery!

Unfortunately this didn't go very smoothly either - don't get me wrong - 2 very pleasant delivery guys, but delivery was advised between 8-6pm and I waited in all day, they didn't turn up until 8.10pm and then two of the panels were broken & the cat flap missing so I had to wait and chase another week to get these. I also got a computer virus from their link to track there route - although the company refuse to take responsibility for this!

When I finally got the completed delivery (37 days after order placed) - we were pleased with it.

The instructions were very good (& it took 2 of us 5 hours in total to erect it)
Just a couple of suggestions:
1) if you order the insulation pack as we did - it doesn't advise to secure the side panels to the floor in that back corner until the whole thing is erected including the roof (we had to dismantle this part - remove the insulation again to be able to screw it together - we leant the hard way and water came in the first morning it rained)
2) its worth sealing between the roof panels when putting them in place (as there is no overlap so the rain seeps in between the gaps and drips into the run during heavy rain)
We have also attached guttering to the back (see photo)

I am over the moon with this Bunnery Shed... It really is as good as it looks.
My girls are in their element, with the space they deserve. Also it is so much easier to get inside clean.

With a few bits of tweaking (attaching the floor before installing the insulation pack & sealing the gaps in the roof) - if this was advised in the assembly instructions - I would give this product a 5* rating. Its just unfortunate the customer service has let the company down in more ways than one, I have only been able to give a 3* rating.

If you can get over the poor customer service and can persevere - the end result of product is well worth it.
