I arrived at this site as I was looking for a new sewing machine. The model I was interested in gave a price and said it was in stock, but also said that it was for delivery in two month's time. I asked the online chat about this but after waiting for over five minutes telephoned the 0800 customer services number.
The gentleman I spoke to told me very abruptly that the item was out of stock and could be pre-ordered - surely if it was labelled as out of stock and only available for pre-order that would have saved me from making the phone call?
I then mentioned that I was waiting for a Live Chat conversation and he very sarcastically asked if I knew how many people were on line.... when I said that I did not, he said it was over 800...
I thanked him and hung up. THEN the Live Chat conversation went as follows-

I can only say that this is the rudest Customer Service Department that I have ever come across and I shall certainly NOT be spending my money with this company.
