Lexus Leeds (Sacky) Purchase of a used RX450h

I have recently purchased a used Lexus RX450h from Lexus Leeds,

I travelled from Leicester to view the vehicle and immediately upon arrival my wife and I were made to feel really welcome and were given Tea and Biscuits by a very pleasant receptionist,

The pleasantries continued when the salesman I was due to meet introduced himself to us, a very pleasant gentleman who whilst we enjoyed our Tea he went and fetched the vehicle that we were there to view,

We then went on a 'Test Drive' in the vehicle, the salesman demonstrated his wealth of knowledge not just specific to the Lexus brand but motor vehicles in general,

After the Test Drive, I fully inspected the vehicle, it is extremely important to me that the vehicle is as close to A1 condition as it can be bearing in mind age and mileage, I am not a difficult customer but I know what I want and am not prepared to compromise on quality when I am spending my very hard earned money,

I identified a number of items with the vehicle that I explained to the salesman that if they could be completed to my expectations then I would purchase the vehicle,

The salesman agreed to the items and we agreed that I would return once completed to view the vehicle again and if all was satisfactory I would purchase at that time,

During the next couple of days the salesman actually sent photo's to me of the progress being made to the vehicle and kept me fully informed right up until he personally contacted me on the telephone to inform me that the vehicle was ready to be viewed again and we agreed a date and time to meet again which was within a week of the first viewing,

Upon arrival of our second viewing again we were made to feel very welcome and again received great hospitality, moreover, the vehicle had been prepared to my expectations which demonstrated that the salesman had listened to everything that I had requested, and had ensured that the work had been undertaken,

That being the case, their was no question that I was not going to purchase the vehicle and hence we proceeded with the sale, the salesman was thorough and clear with every step of the purchase process from completing the log book to insuring the vehicle, to taxing the vehicle to retaining my cherished registration number and made the whole process a pleasure to be part of, on completion of the sale the salesman even gave me his Lexus pen (that I had taken a shine to) and even took photo's of my wife and I standing as proud owners in front of our new purchase which he has since sent to me and called me to check that everything is OK

What a pleasure it was doing business with Lexus Leeds and in particular the salesman that dealt with us personally,

Would I go back to Lexus Leeds? Yes without a doubt, would I recommend Lexus Leeds to Family and Friends? Most definitely!
