This incompetence for the Belfast call centre is beyond a joke now.Its MALICIOUS and considering a police matter of a Hate Crime against a frail health pensioner.Twice over a few years i simply asked for ONE copy of my Aug to Nov statement.....Great laugh that the cretins think its funny to send a whole load of 10 / 11 packed envelopes of my entire statement history...not opened to be used as evidence.
And they cant even get my address correctly spelt.....or know what my pevios address was now.........Please do not ever consider this account.Alot Worse than TERRIBLE
