Having previously purchased a number of snooper products was looking for a dash camera after hearing all about the crash for cash thing so I checked out there site and the DVR-HD1 seemed to tick all the boxes, having received it and wanted to see how the recording was removed the micro sd card on the first day only to find was unable to remove it from its slot so back it went to Runcorn for repair .The same thing happened when I came too increase the cards size so back again, The slots to small you need twizzers to fit and remove cards, I have changed my car so needed to remove the mounting bracket left with no means of refitting it other than using the likes of double sided tape but found it just keeps falling off so that's were its stayed thrown it the glove box waste of time and money why not a suction mount?. why not a better slot like the types on mobile phones .Even though its only less than six months old this ones not fit for purpose at all Using one from Aldi far better picture and easier to use
