No guarantee

The sole on one of these shoes came unstuck after 3 mounths of wear and Nike will not do a thing about it because their guarantee runs from the date of manufacture. They really don't care that I have been a loyal customer for 35 years and how was I to know they were old stock when I bought them. There are lots of similar complaints on the internet if you look and everyone seems to have had the same treatment from Nike.
