We went along to hawkes today with our kids in tow hoping to kit them out with new bikes amazing buys in there super friendly and nothing to much trouble they even built one of the bikes up from scratch while we waited this is the best customer service I've ever received these guys definitely deserve 5 star reviews and highly recommend to everyone will certainly be going back again

I have been very fortunate with my DEALINGS with Hawk Cycles (Cradlèy Heath)which goes back over 20 year's. Over that period I have found their bicycles of a very high standard of manufactured and react very favourable to any weather conditions. Also I have found their after sales service excellent which needs a special mention Finally I would like to mention Hawk Cycles (CrDley Heath) staff for their knowledge and advice and efficient manner they have dealt with my bicycle problems. In conclusion I am not able to offer any criticism of the brand in any capacity.

I thought it would be gamble buying a new bike from a cut price cycle shop but the cycle was ok for the £100 i paid for it new.Made in China of course but quality is fairly good,i had to set the 5 speed gears(Shimano) up properly and tighten a few nuts,it now rides well.The staff are fairly helpfull,just make sure everything works before you ride away.Hawk have shops in a lot of towns and i think buying cheap this way lets you see the bike in the ''flesh''unlike the internet.
