“AVOID - terrible customer service”

I bought a Groupon and booked only to be turned away due to others not turning up however, rebooking was a nightmare. Several phone calls and 7 emails later I decided to complain to Groupon AND trading Standards and Im not alone. I know some others that have had this problem PLUS if you read other review centres they are (fair to say) known for this - they took my money (and others) and didnt provide the ride.

The decent thing to do is to issue me with a refund or at the very least take my calls.

We wemt today and it was so easy and npt as described above. Brilliant day out and fantastic staff and horses. Simply fab x
