Beazer Homes Sunset Landing in South Carolina. My wife and I settled on this particular location and a building plan, and so contracted with Beazer early August of 2021. While we did not order anything like imported marble from Italy, we selected some luxury vinyl flooring instead of carpet through out the home, some different color panels for the kitchen island and quartz counter tops for the kitchen. All of these items and other aspects of the home had to be decided/selected in two weeks after signing the contract. After two weeks, the options etc were ’locked in’ and (maybe) ordered at that time. We are now looking at 9 months at least before we close on the house and move. I can’t begin to count how many times I have heard “waiting on an electrical inspection” or “we are waiting for (fill in the item here)” Have I seen other homes started and completed during this time frame in multiple states? You bet, despite the related COVID delays etc. Interest rates have more than doubled since the signing which will effect our mortgage payment significantly, not to mention the selling of our current home. The agent on site has been hospitable and pleasant. I can’t speak to the quality of the build as I have not moved in, but would I recommend Beazer Homes? Sadly, probably not.

STAY AWAY!! My own experience with this company was Not a Pleasant one. They tend to be very shady with details when it comes to specifics, such total costs for shipping, handling, extra charges or even returns. UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Although they boast about returns, customer service and so fourth. At the end of the day all they want is to take your money and provide excuses as well as inferior products. Do yourself a favor look for your item somewhere other than this website and its partners. You will be quickly disappointed and departed from your hard earned money.

We just purchased the Maytag Dishwasher Model #MDB4949SKZ. The instruction manual (reading upon opening, after the product was already bought and unloaded at home) states there are other parts needed (should say REQUIRED!) that are NOT PROVIDED. One of them is a 3/8" Compression x 3/4" Hose Fitting. This is a $5.00 part at the hardware store. This part should automatically be included. Its very frustrating to unload a dishwasher, get everything ready to go for hookup and realize you have to drive all the way back to the store to get another part that nobody told you about. There is no sticker or notification on the box and the retailer had NO idea that this part is mandatory. How difficult would it be Maytag to include a sticker on the outside of the box with the same images/mini descriptions you have in the instruction manual??? It's a 3.5" x 3.5" area. You also need Household Wiring (Metallic) Strain Relief part, NOT include, but required/mandatory. We were able to use the one from our broken dishwasher but that may not be the case for everyone. It's not like the buyer can have access to every instruction manual for each appliance on the retailers sales floor to review what they need prior to purchase. Additionally, the hardware store may be completely out of the part you need for installation. In that case we would have been forced to package everything back up and haul it back to the store, find another appliance, open the box while there and review the instruction manual to ensure we have everything to get the job done. Unbelievable! Thankfully that did not happen to us, but it could to other consumers. Lastly, there quick text/photo option to register their product does not work. The number printed on the card is invalid.

Good Review site. Easy to use and is fun to use. They have a lot of products to read reviews from, and most of the reviews are accurate. I also like how the products featured have a lot of detail about it telling you what the product can do, or what is in the product.

Purchased the above dryer Feb 19, 2012. 10/11/12 Had to have a whole new circuit board replaced because of a PLASTIC peg that is used to push the "start" button. Then again 10/23/14,11/20/14 the same issue. AND now 6/27/2015 the exact same thing has happened again. We purchased the extended warranty on the dryer when we purchased it new, but have just found out that the extended warranty had run out and we will be charged for the new circuit board and installation. If this is an ongoing problem with this model I think GE should bite the bullet and fix it for nothing. Would like to know if GE has made adjustments on this item? Would also like to know if this is just a lemon that we have or if this is a problem with this model?

I received a sample of Persil Small and Mighty and I wouldn't be without it now. It has been a life saver for me already during the summer holidays and we are only one week in. With Persil you don't need to worry about stains, this little miracle worker gets anything clean. It comes in four handy size bottles, 15, 25, 40 and 60 washes and is excellent value for money. It gets oh your worst stains like grass stains, oily stains and food stains with its 3x cleaning system. It comes with a handy dosage ball, you simply rub the stain with the Persil, Pre-wash, then pop it in the washing machine along with the ball and the end results are miraculous. You will not be disappointed, no stain is too tough for this little beauty,

Maybe they should have stayed somewhere else. I ordered a heavier duty lift for my sewing cabinet because I had upgraded my sewing machine to a Bernina 830 which is a heavier sewing machine. When it arrived the lift did not fit the cabinet. Where the lift mounts is particle board. In order to make it fit there had to be new holes drilled. My husband the engineer in the family did not want to put my sewing machine on the lift remounted where new holes just offset to the others would go because he did not think it was safe. Long story short; Horn refuses to take the $310 lift back so I am stuck with it. I think they may have forgotten good customer service while out of the country. It is too bad to. I was going to get another cabinet for my sewing room. I like the look of the Horn cabinet but not the quality(particle board finished to look like wood) or their business practices.

This website purports to sell quality inflatable beds for less than others.I ordered an Intex air bed and was pleased with the price and quick shipping. I inflated the mattress and it worked so I deflated it and put it away for my upcoming trip. On the trip I used it about three weeks and it started leaking. On inspection I found a seam had pulled apart causing the leak. This also meant there was no way to repair it since the seam was in the top of the mattress which has a special coating. I called and was told the unit only has a 30 day warranty, That airbeds4less provides that since the manufacturer provides NO WARRANTY. Since this is an occasional use item a 30 day warranty seems unusual. They flatly refused to provide another unit despite agreeing that this was a factory defect and should have lasted longer. On calling the manufacturer I found that they provide a 90 day warranty. Airbeds4less does not know the product they sell and clearly has no compunction about misrepresenting the manufacturers policy. They also have zero consideration for the customers that keep them in business. It's a shame that the marketplace is so large that firms like this can prosper while abusing customers

I really enjoy sharing my opinions on Epinions.com with others. Every time I have difficulty in selecting items, I would surve on Epinions and always get the information I want. Pretty helpful and free website.

keptics believed that no one would contribute useful product critiques to an internet site unless they were paid for it. Indeed, by paying variable amounts for reviews, Epinions implemented the philosophy that the best/most valuable content should be rewarded with money.

I reported unsuitable spam to the admininstration people of epinions.com and they haven't resolved this issue yet as far as I can see, this makes the site unsuitable for minors to view.

Epinions.com is probably the largest consumer review site on the web. It's database is tremendous, and you can normally find just about anything that you're looking for unless that item is brand and has been on the market for only a short period of time. It's format is very convenient, easy to understand, and easy for the novice to navigate.

Epinions is the grand-daddy of opinion sites and as a database to match. There are absolutely hundreds of thousands of reviews here on anything from 10p toys to £100,000 cars reviewed by genuine ordinary people like me and you. well you anyway, I'm far from ordinary... ;o) Anyhow, epinions is one of the many opinion sites I write and have written for around the web so I'd say I'm pretty well qualified to talk about them. Frankly, from a writer's point of view they are nothing to shout about anymore. You used to get paid somewhere between $0.01 and $0.03 for every reader your reviews earnered which on a site this busy worked out rather nicely. These days you still get paid but it's from a pool of cash they call "income share" and basically it amounts to zilch, zero and zip for most of the reviews you write. Electronics and car reviews pay well but everything else, forget it. You're lucky if you get $0.01 for a 2,000 word essay... Basically, don't get fooled by their promises of 'payment' for your work - it's not going to happen on any worthwhile scale! As a consumer resource it has suffered a little since the payment structure collapsed as well. There are still a large number of reviews being submitted but the quality isn't what it once was other than from the die-hard members who seem to have carved out an impentrable niche for themselves. It is still worth a visit for unbiased reviews but sadly the quality isn't what it once was in many respects. It is also an American site so you'll find a heavy US bias on what is both in the database and in the reviews themselves...although many British people do write there. For unbiased reviews with a Brit bias you'll want to check out the likes of dooyoo.co.uk and ciao.co.uk or indeed, this site of course, all three will offer you what epinions offers to the Americans. Navigation around epinions is something of a problem as well since they redesigned the site. They seem to have hidden everything behind silly menus and it's no longer a pleasure to use. In fact, forget the money issue, the navigation problem is the main reason many people, myself included, left the site some months ago. Overall, epinions is not a bad site at all but for unbiased UK-oriented advice you are better off checking here or one of the above sites I mentioned instead.

epinions.com seems to have become a product happy-talk spam site. It no longer seems to even function for anything else. Oh well, things fall apart.

Epinions is the world leader in consumer review sites with tons of reviews on a wide range of topics. Sadly, it is very geared towards American shoppers.
