In wish to inform anyone who wishes to utilize Moving Staffers of Wichita Falls, TX to help in their moving. This company contracts out services for movers with moving storage companies country wide. They contracted with a company in Great Falls, MT to load our furniture and contracted with a company in Phoenix, AZ to unload our stuff in San Tan Valley, AZ. Now I did not monitor loading 100% because the movers told me they do this every day and know how to handle stuff. I let them do their thing. When trailer arrived, again Moving Staffers contracted with a company from Phoenix to unload for me. Two guys showed up and as they were unloading they called me to show me a situation where one of our ComFor Pedic boxes (with mechanical parts attached) was broken. This had to have happened has the loaders were carrying it out to the truck that they didn't secure the head down (because "they do this every day and know how to handle stuff"). It was also brought to my attention about our doggy stroller. It seems there as a heavy box placed above the stroller and in transit the box fell onto the left wheel bending the shaft. I contacted Moving Staffers filed a claim, sent photos and whole story. Just got back, their policy is they only cover $0.60 per pound on each item damaged at loading. And since nothing was discovered until unloading they are not libel and NO compensation will be paid. This is a crock. How could I have discovered if "they do this every day and know how to handle stuff". To me Moving Staffers just wants to take your money, and they weren't cheap, I paid a total of $2,635.50 and not care how their image looks. This is the reason for this review.
