Place to collect crates from a little hard to find but Ideall for moving house. Go with smaller crates that are easier to lift as opposed to large crates that need a trolley. The large crates require a two man lift and are not easy to get up stairs!

Excellent service overall. When we had over ordered they came and took back the excess and we only paid for the time we'd had them. We then hung on to 20 crates for weeks but communication with us was really good. Very efficient

The online ordering was simple yet comprehensive to use, when checking my 'basket' the suggestion of the of the labels and plastic skate was very useful. The cost was very competitive and it was easy to see the price as more was added, useful if you have a budget to follow. The Crates arrived before 09.00am on the day we stipulaed, which was fantastic and gave us all day to fill them. Our Offices are on the second floor and the driver brought them to us with minimal fuss to the other occupants in our building. He insisted on bringing everything up himself. The crates did exactly what we needed them for. They were collected on the correct day, and within the time frame stated. Again the driver moved them with minimal fuss to us and to our neighbours in the builiding. Moving the 'office' out and back in over two days was stressful enough, one thing that went smoothly was the delivery and collections of the crates !! I would have no hesitation in recommending Crate Hire UK in the future.

Delivery and collection of the crates was very good; I was particularly impressed by the collector who rang to check I was in as he would otherwise have had to go to another town before coming back to collect my crates later.

I paid for timed delivery and collection on my 1 week hire of 30 crates. The delivery was held up on day one but I was called and informed approximately 45 minutes prior to the delivery time and given a new ETA. My timed delivery was refunded and the new ETA was met. The rest of my hire was perfect. The crates were exactly as described on the website and the collection time was met. A good service all round.

My movers loved the ease of moving and stacking crates. Meant they were quicker and therefore cheaper. Very helpful on pick up to call in the morning to get a smaller collection window. The driver called when he was an hour away. So many thanks for that. The only improvement I would like is for the inside of the crates to be cleaner. They're dusty more than anything and it probably comes with the territory. Hasn't put me off. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Saves cardboard.
