Recruiters at Randstad seem to be paid on commission only; everything is dead urgent, everything is critical. If you're desperate for a job, they might be able to place you quickly, but I wouldn't recommend working with them to further long term career goals. They want their commission, and they want it now; they simply have no incentive to work with you long term, however good your résumé is.

When you have 15+ years if experience, you expect a modicum of professionalism and courtesy.

these peolpe dont care about the little man if your not qualified or 100k they dont even give you a second nor will they even get back to you. i called them many times and e mailed them and they dont get back ever. there useless!
